Great Harwood Rovers would like to thank each
and every person who attended and contributed to the success of the fourth Dave
Smith Memorial Tournament, we hope you enjoyed you day and look forward to
welcoming you next year.
Dave would have been proud of the events of the day, which saw 68 teams from U7
to U12 including two girls only sections at U10 and U12. Teams from as far a
field as Bolton and Warrington took part in the total of 167 matches throughout
the day.
Conservative estimates put the attendance at over 2000 players, parents, officials and visitors at Lyndon House at its peak.
