Girls under 10s and under 12s  

Great Harwood U12's girls were up against Rossendale United .First half both teams created many chances but couldn't find the back of the net. At the start of the second half Rossendale went in front with Rovers responding with an equaliser by Leah Maddock who soon scored another to take the lead. With only 2 minutes left Rossendale to equalised. Final score being 2-2. Player of the Match Leah Maddock.

G.H.R. 2 v 2 lytham st annes

great Harwood  under 10's girls took on Lytham st annes at Lyndon house..and it really was a game of 2 half's..G.H.R started really strong with some neat interplay.a clinical finish from 20 yards by Kristy Cronin put them in a great position from the kick off .G.H.R regained possession and passed the ball quickly  with Lauren Spencer beating the defender and keeper to score .Two minutes before half time Lytham  pulled one back The second  half began Lytham powered on bombarding G.H.R goal needing several great saves from Georgina Bolton eventually Lytham equalised..both sides pushed for the winner with Lytham being awarded a penalty with 5 minutes to go saved by the impressive and Player of the Match display Georgina Bolton to earn a well deserved point for G.H.R.

The Under 12's girls got off to a great start by winning there opening match of the season against Haslingden 5-2. It was a tough match due to only having 7 players as oppose to Haslingden with there full team of nine. Throughout the match we had many chances and looked the better team and the first goal finally came in the second half from Molly Grundy, who got her second later on. Leah Maddock also got on the scoring sheet with her first hatrick of the season.Player of the Match: Lauren Higham (goalkeeper), The Under 12s Girls are still looking for players to play.
